Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the wunbet website at wunbet.net or any of its associated services, subdomains, mobile applications, or related digital properties (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and wunbet (the "Company" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the wunbet Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Amendments to These Terms

wunbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without specific notification. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the wunbet Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. wunbet is strictly an adults-only platform. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or engaging in any real-money activity on the Platform. 18+

• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or immediate family member of a wunbet employee or contractor in a role that could provide an unfair advantage in gaming or betting activities on the Platform.

wunbet employs automated and manual age and identity verification procedures. If a player is found to be under 18 at any point — including retrospectively — their account will be permanently closed, all real-money balances will be withheld pending investigation, and any winnings derived from bets placed during the period of underage access may be forfeited in full.

Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Player

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the wunbet Platform. Duplicate accounts — defined as multiple accounts linked to the same person by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying attribute — are strictly prohibited. wunbet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your wunbet account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wunbet login credentials (username and password). wunbet will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to wunbet promptly. You must notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Use a strong, unique password for your wunbet account that is not shared with any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. wunbet strongly recommends 2FA for all account holders.
• Do not access your wunbet account from shared or public devices. If you must do so, log out completely and clear browser data immediately after your session.
• Never share your login credentials, OTP codes, or account recovery details with any third party, including individuals claiming to be wunbet representatives.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

wunbet applies a KYC verification process to all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), and proof of payment method ownership (a bKash or bank account statement showing your name and account number). KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wunbet Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). wunbet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary at any given time based on technical or operational factors.

Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your wunbet account at the time of transaction. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad mobile wallets typically credit your wunbet account balance within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing institution.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank card and bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. wunbet does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawal amounts for fully KYC-verified accounts in good standing; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into your wunbet account, or that has been separately verified as belonging to you.
• wunbet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to an extended review.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements attached to each bonus. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, wunbet may freeze withdrawal processing for up to 30 days while an investigation is conducted.

Currency and Exchange

wunbet operates exclusively in BDT. If a deposit or withdrawal is initiated in a different currency, wunbet's payment processor will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. wunbet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or any related losses.

Betting & Gaming Rules

wunbet offers two primary categories of real-money activity: (a) casino gaming, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games sourced from certified providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi; and (b) sports betting, covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, snooker, Muay Thai, and other available markets.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. wunbet does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases where wunbet determines that a bet was accepted in error (e.g., due to a technical fault or an obvious pricing error).
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, market type, and player account tier.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or any other exceptional circumstance affecting the result of a betting market, wunbet will apply the void/refund policy specific to that sport and market type as published in the relevant sport's rules section.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid price changes. wunbet does not guarantee that any given in-play price will remain available for any specific duration. Bets are accepted at the price confirmed at the moment the bet request is processed, not the price visible at the moment you initiate the request.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games on wunbet use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by the original game developer and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is as published by the provider. wunbet does not modify RTP rates or game logic. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side game log maintained by the game provider is the definitive record and will take precedence over any client-side display or player recollection.

Responsible Use of Platform Features

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, free bets, or any other form of value outside the specific promotion to which they belong.
• wunbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after it has been accepted by a player, any bonus funds already credited will remain valid for a grace period of 7 days unless the cancellation is due to a breach of these Terms by the player.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, exploitation of software bugs, or any other form of manipulation, will be voided and the responsible account(s) will be permanently banned.

VIP Programme

The wunbet VIP programme operates across six tiers. Points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers and accumulate toward tier advancement. VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and dedicated account management — are as described on the wunbet Casino and VIP programme pages. wunbet reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, point values, and associated benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wunbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the wunbet Platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations is strictly prohibited. wunbet cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation of suspected financial crime.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting wunbet's bonus and promotional system through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, arbitrage strategies designed solely to extract bonus value, or any other method that deviates from the spirit of fair participation is prohibited.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee outcomes, exploiting insider knowledge of sporting results, or participating in any form of match fixing or corruption involving events on which wunbet offers betting markets is a serious offence and will be reported to relevant sporting authorities.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated tool to interact with the wunbet Platform — whether for placing bets, exploiting games, harvesting odds data, or any other purpose — without the express written permission of wunbet is prohibited.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed by wunbet, without first raising the matter through wunbet's internal dispute resolution process, is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and recovery action for any associated losses.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, probe, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the wunbet Platform or its underlying systems is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wunbet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or arising from use of the Platform, shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player to their wunbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wunbet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online entertainment platforms. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through wunbet's internal dispute resolution process will be subject to binding arbitration. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the wunbet Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and wunbet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
